This is a dedicated back-end support service for production companies, MCN agencies, or creators managing massive amounts of footage. We don’t focus on flashy effects—instead, we provide highly efficient, accurate, and standardized “rough-cut” and “media management” to save you hundreds of hours of tedious sifting, allowing you to focus solely on color grading and final VFX. Service inclusions: renaming and organizing all footage according to timecode or slate/clapperboard IDs; fully removing unusable takes, duplicates, and out-of-focus clips; dragging and arranging footage onto the timeline according to your script outline (provided as Excel or PDF), constructing the narrative skeleton; synchronizing external audio (e.g., professional lavalier recordings) with video files and applying rough volume balancing. We also generate low-resolution proxy files (ProRes Proxy) for smooth editing on lower-spec machines. This service is billed hourly or by raw footage duration. Deliverables include the project file (with linked media), allowing you to take over and start fine-cutting immediately. This is an essential workflow optimization tool for large-scale pre-production.
