Eddie Clip Works LLC provides professional video editing services to customers in the United States. This Service Delivery Policy explains how our video editing services are initiated, processed, completed, and delivered to customers, including the general timeframes applicable to our services.
1. Service Scope
Our services may include video trimming, footage organization, transitions, audio adjustments, captions, text elements, basic visual enhancements, social media video editing, promotional video editing, and other video editing work agreed upon with the customer.
The exact scope of each project is determined by the service purchased and the project requirements provided by the customer.
2. Order Confirmation
After a customer submits an order and the applicable payment has been successfully completed, Eddie Clip Works LLC will review the order and project requirements.
We will normally review and confirm the order within 1 business day after receiving the payment and required project information.
We may contact the customer if additional information, files, instructions, or clarification are required before work can begin.
Service work will normally begin within 1 business day after all required project materials, payment, and instructions have been received.
3. Customer-Provided Materials
Customers are responsible for providing the video footage, images, audio files, graphics, text, logos, instructions, and other materials required for the project.
Submitted files should be complete, accessible, and provided in a reasonably usable format.
Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide all materials submitted for editing.
If required materials are incomplete or additional information is needed, the applicable processing timeframe may begin only after all necessary materials and instructions have been received.
4. Processing and Production
Once the required materials and project instructions have been received, our editing team will process the project according to the agreed requirements.
The production process may include reviewing source footage, organizing content, editing sequences, adjusting audio, adding requested text or captions, applying transitions, and preparing the final digital file.
For standard video editing projects, the estimated production timeframe is generally 3–7 business days after all required materials and instructions have been received.
Projects involving a large amount of footage, complex editing requirements, multiple revisions, or specialized requests may require additional time. If a project is expected to exceed the standard timeframe, we will communicate the applicable estimated completion timeframe to the customer.
5. Delivery Method
Completed video files will be delivered electronically through an appropriate digital delivery method.
Depending on the project, the final file may be provided through a digital download link, file-sharing service, or another electronic delivery method communicated to the customer.
The final delivery link or completed file will generally be provided within the applicable 3–7 business day production timeframe, unless a different timeframe has been communicated for the specific project.
No physical product will be shipped for standard video editing services.
6. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the specific project and its requirements.
For standard projects, the normal processing and production timeframe is 3–7 business days after all required project materials, instructions, and payment have been received.
Work may take longer when a project involves a large volume of footage, complex editing requirements, multiple revisions, incomplete materials, technical issues, or delays in receiving necessary information from the customer.
Eddie Clip Works LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver projects within the communicated timeframe.
The stated timeframe refers to business days and does not include weekends or applicable holidays.
7. Revisions
If revisions are included with the purchased service, customers should submit revision requests clearly and within the applicable revision period.
Customers should generally provide revision feedback within 7 calendar days after receiving the edited video.
Once revision instructions have been received, included revision requests will generally be processed within 2–5 business days, depending on the complexity and amount of requested changes.
Revision requests should generally relate to the original project instructions and agreed scope of work.
Requests that substantially change the original project requirements may be considered additional work and may require a separate charge before the additional work begins.
8. Customer Review
Customers are responsible for reviewing the delivered video to confirm that the requested editing requirements have been addressed.
Customers should review the completed video and report any technical problems or applicable revision requests within 7 calendar days after delivery.
If an included revision is needed, the customer should contact us with specific details regarding the requested changes.
Customers should promptly notify Eddie Clip Works LLC of any technical problems with a delivered file so that we can review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file.
9. Delays Caused by Customer
Delivery may be delayed when customers do not provide required footage, instructions, approvals, clarification, or other necessary information in a timely manner.
Customers should provide requested information or materials within 3 business days whenever reasonably possible.
Any delivery estimate provided by Eddie Clip Works LLC may be adjusted when customer-related delays affect the production process.
The production timeframe may be paused until the required information, files, instructions, or approvals have been received.
10. File Retention
Customers are encouraged to download and securely store their completed files after delivery.
Eddie Clip Works LLC may retain project files for up to 30 calendar days after final delivery for service, revision, recordkeeping, or technical support purposes.
After this period, project files may be deleted from our systems without further notice. We do not guarantee that project files will remain available indefinitely after completion of the service.
11. Technical Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible devices, software, internet access, and sufficient storage capacity to receive and use the final video files.
Eddie Clip Works LLC is not responsible for problems caused by a customer’s device, software, internet connection, storage limitations, or incompatible file-handling systems.
Customers should download the delivered files within 30 calendar days of receiving the delivery link.
12. Service Completion
A video editing service will generally be considered delivered when the completed digital file or applicable delivery link has been provided to the customer.
Customers should review the delivered project within 7 calendar days of delivery and notify Eddie Clip Works LLC of any applicable technical issue or included revision request during this period.
If the customer does not report a technical issue or request an applicable revision within 7 calendar days after delivery, the service may be considered completed and accepted.
Any additional requests submitted after the applicable review period or requests that materially change the original project scope may be treated as a new service and may be subject to additional charges.
